Manipur Public School
The school follows the curriculum and syllabus prescribed by the NCERT for elementary
classes (I to VII) to the Secondary (IX to X) the curriculum and syllabus prescribed by
the Central Board of Secondary Education are followed.
Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authority in maintaining proper discipline of the students in the school campus and correction of erring students who are found indulging in any undesirable activities. Any information of misconduct, poor performance in studies etc. should be properly attended to.
Admission to Manipur Public School will be made entirely on merit as judged from the results of a written test followed by an interview. General admission is open to class I. Admission to Class II and above is given to availability of seats in their classes.
|Science Stream :||Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 45% each in Science and Mathematics Respectively and above 50% marks in aggregate.|
|Humanity Stream :||Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.|
|Commerce Stream :||Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.|
A relaxation of 5% marks will be allotted to SC/ST candidate in aggregate Students passing of Class X Examination from the Manipur Public School satisfying the above criteria will be admitted first and the remaining seats, if any will be offered to candidates passing from other board in order of merit. In matter of admission the decision of the admission committee shall be final.
The following annual and monthly fees are payable for each pupil through the Vijaya Bank, Imphal Branch. Printed pay-in-slip books are available from the school office at a cost of Rs. 50/- per book. Annual Fee (Subject to change from time to time)
The tuition fees and the bus fees are to be paid on monthly basis.
Annual fees should be paid at the beginning of the session along with the monthly fees. Fees should be paid on or before 10th of every month. After the 10th, a fine of Rs. 50/- per day upto a maximum of Rs. 20/- p.m. of default is payable along with the tuition fees and other monthly fees. If a fee is not cleared by the end of the second monthly of default the name of the pupil will be struck off from the register and re-admission fee equal to one month’s tuition fee will be charged over the above the delay fines due.
For withdrawal of students, parents should give a clear one month’s notice and clear all the fees i.e. Tuition Fee, bus fare & Annual Fees for the full session (from April to March). Besides fees, the following certificates fees are to be paid by the parents.
